01 - 1 onion, finely chopped
02 - 1 packet ranch mix for seasoning
03 - 3/4 cup thick cream (heavy whipping)
04 - 1 pound pre-cooked smoked sausage, cut into slices
05 - 1 standard-sized pack of frozen hash browns (shredded)
06 - 1 can of cheddar soup, smooth and creamy
07 - 1/2 cup tangy sour cream
08 - 1 cup grated cheese (use cheddar or pick your favorite)
09 - 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Heat a pan and toss in the sausage slices. Let them brown up while cooking the chopped onion and pepper slices till soft.
02 - Grab your crockpot and combine the sausage-veggie mix with the frozen hash browns. Pour in the cream, cheddar soup, ranch mix, sour cream, and cheese. Stir everything up till it’s blended nice and evenly.
03 - Pop a lid on the crockpot. Set to high for about 2 hours or low for roughly 4 hours. Give it a quick stir now and then, if you'd like.
