02 - 3/4 cup chopped pecans
03 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
04 - 1/2 cup light corn syrup
05 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
06 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
07 - 1 large egg

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
02 - In a large bowl, combine granulated sugar, light corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg. Set aside 2 tablespoons of this mixture for glazing.
03 - Stir chopped pecans into the remaining sugar mixture until fully coated.
04 - Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles on the prepared baking sheet. Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of filling onto the widest end of each triangle and roll towards the tip.
