Set your oven to 350°F and lightly grease an 8x8 pan.

In a bowl, stir together the pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon, and 2 tbsp of melted butter.

Spread out the crescent rolls into triangles. Add a dollop of filling and a cream cheese chunk at the wide end of each piece, roll it up, and pinch to seal.

Place the rolled-up dough into the greased pan. Drizzle the rest of the butter on top and scatter any leftover filling over the rolls.

Pour cream soda around the rolls and bake them for about 30 to 35 minutes, until they turn golden. Serve while warm.
