# Preparation Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and grease a muffin tray or pop in liners.
02 - Stir together the greek yogurt, egg, milk, honey, vegetable oil, and vanilla in a big bowl until smooth.
03 - In another bowl, whisk the oats, flour, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, and baking soda until evenly blended.
04 - Pour the dry mixture into the wet and gently mix until just combined. Carefully fold in the blueberries—don’t overdo it!
05 - Scoop the batter into the muffin tray, about 1/4 cup each, and bake for 18-20 minutes. They’re done when a toothpick comes out clean.
06 - Rest muffins in the tray for 10 minutes before placing them on a rack to cool.
