Whip butter with sugar till airy, about 3-4 minutes. Mix in the mint flavor.

Mix flour with cornstarch, then slowly add to the butter mix while beating.

Wrap and stick in fridge for 30 minutes till it's firm.

Turn your oven on to 350°F.

Roll small 1-inch balls and put them 2 inches from each other. Cook for 9-11 minutes till bottoms turn slightly brown.

Move to cooling racks and wait till they're totally cool.

Mix butter, milk, mint flavor and any coloring you want. Stir in sugar till it's smooth.

Spread topping on cookies and scatter crushed mint candy on top.
