Lemon Poppy Overnight Oats (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Base

01 - 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
02 - 1/4 cup greek or non-dairy yogurt
03 - 3/4-1 cup non-dairy milk
04 - 1 cup quick oats

→ Flavoring

05 - Pinch of salt
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
08 - 1 tablespoon lemon zest
09 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Dump everything into a big bowl or storage container. Stir until it's all combined.
02 - Pop it in the fridge covered for at least 2 hours, or overnight works even better, until it thickens up.
03 - Give it a stir, and dish it up. Toss on some fresh blueberries or a dollop of extra yogurt if you'd like.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Cut back on the maple syrup if your yogurt is already sweetened.
