09 - Smooth ricotta - 3/4 cup
10 - Shredded mozzarella - 1 cup
11 - Grated parmesan - 1/2 cup

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Warm up oil in a big skillet on medium-high. Toss in your beef and cook till it's brown all over, then pour off the fat. Drop in the garlic and let it cook about half a minute till it smells good. Toss in the Italian herbs with a bit of salt, then mix in 2 cups marinara till everything's blended together nicely.
