Korean Fried Chicken Wings (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Chicken

01 - 1 tsp onion powder
02 - 1 tsp garlic powder
03 - 1½ lbs chicken wings
04 - 3 tbsp cornstarch or potato starch

→ Sauce

05 - 4 tbsp brown sugar
06 - 4 tbsp soy sauce
07 - ¾ tsp ground black pepper
08 - ½ tbsp garlic powder
09 - 1 tbsp water
10 - 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Use paper towels to dry off the chicken wings completely.
02 - Stir together garlic powder, onion powder, and starch in a bowl. Cover the wings thoroughly with the mix.
03 - Set the air fryer to 400°F. Cook wings in one layer for 20 minutes, flipping them over halfway.
04 - With about 3 minutes left on the wings, mix the sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Stir while letting it heat on medium until bubbling.
05 - Take the wings out of the fryer and toss them in the hot sauce to coat them entirely.
