Combine your flour, yeast, and salt in a big bowl. Pour in the warm water and olive oil, stirring until it looks rough. Then knead it for about 10 minutes till it feels smooth and stretchy

Put your dough in a bowl coated with oil and wrap it up. Leave it somewhere warm for 1-2 hours until it gets twice as big

Grease a baking tray, then pull the dough to fit. Push your fingers all over to make those typical dents across the whole surface

Cover your flattened dough and let it puff up for another half hour

Get your oven hot at 425°F (220°C). Pour some olive oil over the dough, add your sea salt and rosemary, then bake for 20-25 minutes till it's golden brown
