# What You'll Need:

→ Dough

01 - 4 cups (500g) of either bread flour or regular all-purpose flour
02 - 2¼ teaspoons (7g) of instant yeast or active dry yeast
03 - 2 teaspoons (10g) of salt

06 - Some extra virgin olive oil to drizzle on top
07 - 2 tablespoons of fresh leaves from rosemary
08 - Chunky sea salt

02 - Put your dough in a bowl coated with oil and wrap it up. Leave it somewhere warm for 1-2 hours until it gets twice as big
