# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 sheets of puff pastry, standard or gluten free option.
02 - 1/4 cup melted sweet butter, unsalted.
03 - 1/4 cup white sugar.
04 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
05 - Icing sugar for dusting.
06 - 8 wooden sticks.
07 - 8 caramel chocolate candies (if desired).

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F. Put parchment on your baking tray. Mix the cinnamon with sugar in a tiny bowl.
02 - Lay your first pastry sheet on the parchment. Coat it with half your butter, then sprinkle the sweet cinnamon mix. Add the second sheet on top.
03 - Slice into 1-inch wide strips using a pizza wheel. Fold each strip back and forth like an accordion. Push a wooden stick through each folded piece.
04 - Spread the leftover butter on top. Stick them in the freezer for 10 minutes before cooking.
05 - Pop in the oven for 15-20 minutes till they're puffy with a slight golden tint. Sprinkle with icing sugar. You can stick a chocolate caramel at the bottom of each stick if you want.
