Heat your oven to 350°F. Put parchment on your baking tray. Mix the cinnamon with sugar in a tiny bowl.

Lay your first pastry sheet on the parchment. Coat it with half your butter, then sprinkle the sweet cinnamon mix. Add the second sheet on top.

Slice into 1-inch wide strips using a pizza wheel. Fold each strip back and forth like an accordion. Push a wooden stick through each folded piece.

Spread the leftover butter on top. Stick them in the freezer for 10 minutes before cooking.

Pop in the oven for 15-20 minutes till they're puffy with a slight golden tint. Sprinkle with icing sugar. You can stick a chocolate caramel at the bottom of each stick if you want.
