Halloween Bloody Baked Brie (Printable Format)

# Needed Ingredients:

→ Cheese

01 - 1 wheel Brie cheese

→ Jam

02 - 3 tablespoons red pepper jam
03 - 2 to 3 tablespoons hot water

→ Serving

04 - 1 baguette, warmed and sliced
05 - Flaky salt, optional, for finishing

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Place the Brie cheese wheel on the prepared sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until softened but not liquefied.
03 - In a bowl, combine red pepper jam with 2 tablespoons hot water. Stir, adding more water as needed, until a pourable consistency is achieved. Draw the mixture into a clean syringe if desired.
04 - Carefully transfer the baked Brie with parchment to a serving platter. Spoon pepper jam over the top, letting it drip down the sides for a 'bloody' effect. Sprinkle flaky salt over the jam if desired.
05 - Place the pepper jam-filled syringe into the center of the Brie or on the side. Present with warmed baguette slices.
