Stir together shredded chicken, ranch, chipotle sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl. Make sure everything's well coated.

Place a tortilla flat on your surface, spread 1/4 of the chicken mixture in the middle, and layer on lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and avocado slices.

Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then tightly roll it up from the bottom to secure everything inside. Repeat for each tortilla.

Pour a little olive oil in a medium-heated skillet. Put burritos seam-side down, and cook each side for about 3-4 minutes until crisp and golden.

Let it sit for about a minute, then slice each burrito in half. Serve warm, and feel free to add extra sauce on the side!
