# Preparation Steps:

01 - Line a small sheet pan with parchment paper and brush it evenly with extra virgin olive oil to prevent sticking.
02 - Place the raw sesame seeds in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Stir constantly for 3 to 4 minutes until aromatic and golden brown.
03 - Pour honey into the nonstick pan, return to medium heat, and stir until the honey reaches a gentle boil and bubbles, approximately 3 to 4 minutes or until it approaches 250°F.
04 - Add the toasted sesame seeds back into the pan with bubbling honey and stir constantly for about 5 minutes until evenly coated and fully combined.
