Valentine's Sugar Cookies (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Cookie Base

01 - 1/4 cup sugar
02 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
03 - 1/4 cup baking Stevia
04 - 2 cups almond flour
05 - 1 egg
06 - 1/2 cup grass-fed butter, softened
07 - 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/2 cup coconut flour
10 - 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted and cooled

→ Chocolate Glaze

11 - 2 drops pink food coloring
12 - Sprinkles (optional)
13 - 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
14 - 1 tablespoon coconut oil

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Stir together the dry stuff. Beat butter, coconut oil, sugar, and Stevia until creamy. Toss in the egg and vanilla. Slowly add the dry mix.
02 - Shape dough into a ball, wrap with plastic wrap, and pop in the fridge. Leave it for an hour or overnight.
03 - Roll dough between parchment until it’s 1/4" thick. Cut out shapes and bake on a sheet at 350°F for about 10 to 13 minutes until edges are golden.
04 - In a microwave, melt the chocolate with coconut oil. Stir in food coloring, dip the cookies, and sprinkle them if you want.
