# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 ready puff pastry sheet, let it soften.
02 - 8 ounce brie wheel.
03 - 1/2 cup crushed pecans.
04 - 1 cup chunky cranberry sauce.
05 - 1 big egg yolk.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Let pastry soften as the package tells you. Heat your oven to 400°F.
02 - Set the brie in the middle of your pastry. Spoon cranberry sauce and sprinkle pecans on top.
03 - Snip leaf patterns from the edges if you want. Pull corners up around cheese and squeeze edges shut, stick cut leaves on top.
