Let pastry soften as the package tells you. Heat your oven to 400°F.

Set the brie in the middle of your pastry. Spoon cranberry sauce and sprinkle pecans on top.

Snip leaf patterns from the edges if you want. Pull corners up around cheese and squeeze edges shut, stick cut leaves on top.

Mix egg yolk with water and paint it over the dough for a nice brown finish.

Pop it on a paper-lined tray for 18-20 minutes till it's puffy and browned.
