Dry the wings completely using paper towels to remove all moisture (essential for crispiness we all love). Then, toss in a bowl with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to coat them evenly.
02 -
Decide how you’d like to cook your wings. Baking method: Arrange them on a wire rack over a baking tray lined with foil and bake at 400°F for 40-45 minutes. Don’t forget to turn them halfway through! Frying method: Heat oil to 375°F, then fry in small batches for about 8-10 minutes until crunchy and golden.

While waiting, grab a saucepan and combine honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, and cayenne (if using). Warm over medium heat, stirring now and then, until it bubbles and starts to thicken a little, which takes 3-5 minutes.

Mix the crispy wings with the sweet-spicy glaze until each piece is fully covered. Top with green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro for a finishing touch.
