01 - 1 lb chicken breasts, no skin or bones, diced small

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Follow the instructions on your pasta's packaging to cook it. Drain it well and keep it aside.
02 - Heat a skillet on medium with 2 tablespoons butter. Sprinkle chicken with pepper, Italian seasoning, and salt. Cook for 6-8 minutes or until golden all over.
03 - Using the same skillet, cook garlic with the rest of the butter for a minute. Pour in the chicken broth and let it bubble gently for 3-4 minutes. Stir in the cream and shredded Parmesan until it turns silky.
04 - Toss the cooked chicken back into the skillet, then add the pasta. Coat everything with the sauce, and top with fresh parsley before serving.
