In a bowl, combine chopped shrimp, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, Cajun seasoning, and crumbled bacon. Mix until filling is well combined and creamy.

Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes. Arrange the jalapeño halves cut side up on the prepared baking sheet.

Spoon the shrimp mixture into each jalapeño half, mounding the filling slightly above the edge of the peppers.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted, bubbling, and golden, and jalapeños are tender.
