# Preparation Steps:

01 - Boil lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain thoroughly and rinse under cold running water to remove excess starch and prevent sticking.
02 - Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add peanut oil and swirl to coat the surface. Once hot, add ground turkey and 1/4 cup of sliced green onions. Spread the turkey and let it brown undisturbed for 3 to 4 minutes to develop a caramelized crust. Break the turkey into small pieces and continue cooking until no pink remains.
03 - In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, rice vinegar, sugar, dark soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, toasted sesame oil, and sriracha until the sugar dissolves.
04 - Reduce skillet heat to medium. Add the cooked noodles and coleslaw mix to the skillet with the browned turkey. Pour the prepared sauce over all ingredients. Using tongs, toss everything together for 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce thickens and glazes the noodles and the cabbage begins softening but remains crisp-tender.
