Date Snickers Chocolate (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Stuff

01 - Fresh, squishy Medjool dates, large-sized
02 - Creamy nut butter of your choice (peanut, almond, etc.)
03 - Unsalted roasted nuts, like peanuts or others you prefer
04 - Good-quality dark chocolate, chips or a bar
05 - A bit of sea salt flakes to sprinkle on top

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Find the seam on each date and carefully slice down the middle to make a pocket. Keep one end hooked together.
02 - Grab a plate that can sit in the freezer and line it with parchment paper. Open all the dates to prep for filling.
03 - Scoop your nut butter into each date until it's almost full. Press in a few nuts, then lightly squeeze them shut. Chill in the freezer to firm them up.
04 - While you wait, heat up the chocolate so it's nice and smooth. Let it cool just enough to stick well.
05 - Take out the frozen dates. Dunk each one into the melted chocolate, using two spoons to cover them fully.
06 - Right after dipping, sprinkle sea salt on the wet chocolate. Put them back in the freezer until the chocolate turns solid.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Keep these stored in a freezer-safe container.
02 - Best enjoyed straight from the freezer for that perfect texture!
