Set your oven to 400°F (200°C)

Boil or steam the cauliflower florets until soft, about 5-7 minutes, then drain and let cool a bit

Squash the cooled cauliflower and mix it with the cottage cheese, egg and all seasonings until everything's blended well

Slowly add in bread crumbs until the mix stays together, then shape into small, even-sized tots

Put the tots on a baking sheet lined with parchment and cook for 20-25 minutes until they're crispy and golden

Cool them down a bit before eating
