Press one wonton wrapper into each cavity of the prepared muffin tin. Spray with olive oil or lightly brush with melted butter.

Combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, shredded mozzarella, softened cream cheese, green onions, and garlic powder in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly until creamy and well blended.

Spoon the creamy seafood mixture evenly into each pre-baked wonton cup. Top each cup with a little extra mozzarella cheese.

Return the filled cups to the oven and bake for an additional 5 to 7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
