Crispy Chicken Tenders (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Chicken

01 - 1 1/4 pounds chicken tenders, no bones or skin

→ Flour Coating

02 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
03 - 1/2 cup plain flour
04 - 1/2 teaspoon regular salt

→ Oil Mixture

05 - 3 teaspoons garlic, minced
06 - 6 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil

→ Crumb Coating

07 - 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
08 - 1/4 teaspoon smoky paprika
09 - 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated fresh
10 - 1 cup crispy Panko crumbs

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Slice off any fat from the tenders
02 - Grab three bowls. Put flour, pepper, and salt in one. Add garlic and oil or butter to the second. In the last one, mix Panko, paprika, Parmesan, and basil.
03 - First dip each chicken piece into the flour, then into the garlic oil, and finally into the Panko blend, making sure it’s covered well.
04 - Set to 400°F and cook for 9 minutes. Flip the tenders over and cook again for 8 to 9 minutes until the inside reaches 165°F.
