Throw the diced chicken into a medium-hot skillet and stir it around until the pink is all gone.

Mix the cabbage, shredded carrots, and onion into the skillet. Let them cook until they just start to soften up.

Lay out an egg roll wrapper, drop 2 spoons of filling in the middle, fold the bottom over, fold in the sides, and roll it tightly. Use water on the edges to seal it closed.

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F and lightly spray the basket with some oil spray.

Arrange the egg rolls in a single layer, spray the tops lightly, and let them air fry for about 10 minutes. Flip them halfway through, and pull them out when golden.
