# What You'll Need:

→ Proteins and Veggies

01 - 1/2 cup onions, chopped small
02 - 2 cups finely diced chicken breast
03 - 1/2 cup carrots, shredded thin
04 - 1 cup cabbage, shredded
05 - 2 garlic cloves, minced

→ Spices and Sauce

06 - 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
07 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce

→ Outer Layer

08 - 12 ready-to-use egg roll wrappers

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Throw the diced chicken into a medium-hot skillet and stir it around until the pink is all gone.
02 - Toss in the minced garlic and stir for about a minute, just until you can smell it.
03 - Mix the cabbage, shredded carrots, and onion into the skillet. Let them cook until they just start to soften up.
04 - Stir in sesame oil and soy sauce, cooking for a couple more minutes. Turn off the heat and let it cool down.
05 - Lay out an egg roll wrapper, drop 2 spoons of filling in the middle, fold the bottom over, fold in the sides, and roll it tightly. Use water on the edges to seal it closed.
06 - Preheat your air fryer to 375°F and lightly spray the basket with some oil spray.
07 - Arrange the egg rolls in a single layer, spray the tops lightly, and let them air fry for about 10 minutes. Flip them halfway through, and pull them out when golden.
