Cook egg noodles in salty water till slightly firm, cool them under cold water, and mix with a bit of olive oil so they don't stick together

Cook ground beef in a pan until brown, crumble it up well, then pour off the extra fat

Toss onion and garlic into the meat, cook till you can smell them (about 3 mins)

Mix in the tomato sauce, tomatoes, Worcestershire, paprika, pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Let it bubble till it gets thicker (around 5 mins)

Grab a big bowl and stir together the sour cream, cottage cheese, Parmesan and your cooked noodles

In a 9x13 baking dish, put down half your noodle mix, then half the meat stuff, then half the cheddar. Do it all again, ending with cheese on top

Put it in the oven without covering at 350°F for 25-30 mins until the cheese gets bubbly and melty

Throw some fresh parsley on top if you want and serve it while it's hot
