12 - Small curd cottage cheese (8 oz tub)
13 - Grated Parmesan (½ cup)
14 - Shredded cheddar (2 cups)
15 - Chopped parsley for topping

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Cook egg noodles in salty water till slightly firm, cool them under cold water, and mix with a bit of olive oil so they don't stick together
02 - Cook ground beef in a pan until brown, crumble it up well, then pour off the extra fat
03 - Toss onion and garlic into the meat, cook till you can smell them (about 3 mins)
04 - Mix in the tomato sauce, tomatoes, Worcestershire, paprika, pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Let it bubble till it gets thicker (around 5 mins)
05 - Grab a big bowl and stir together the sour cream, cottage cheese, Parmesan and your cooked noodles
06 - In a 9x13 baking dish, put down half your noodle mix, then half the meat stuff, then half the cheddar. Do it all again, ending with cheese on top
07 - Put it in the oven without covering at 350°F for 25-30 mins until the cheese gets bubbly and melty
08 - Throw some fresh parsley on top if you want and serve it while it's hot

# Additional Tips:

01 - You can make it hotter with some jalapeños or a dash of cayenne
02 - Toss in some bacon pieces for extra tastiness
03 - Great dish to fix ahead of time for family meals
04 - Tastes just as good when warmed up the next day
