Heat cream cheese with a spoonful of cream in microwave until it's soft.

Put into Ninja pint, pour in sugar and stir till it's all mixed. Gradually pour in the rest of your cream and milk.

Put a lid on it and stick in freezer for 3+ hours.

Run it through your Ninja Creami on the ice cream function. If it's too crumbly, just spin again.

Throw in whatever goodies you want and use the mix-in function if needed.

Dish it up and eat right away.
