01 -
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch pan with butter. Stir the baking powder, salt, and flour together in a medium bowl.
02 -
Cream the butter, canola oil, and sugar until it’s nice and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Mix the buttermilk and the dry ingredients into the batter bit by bit, starting with the dry ingredients.
03 -
Take about 3/4 cup batter and put it in another bowl. Mix it with the molasses, cinnamon, and brown sugar until smooth.
04 -
Pour half the plain batter into the loaf pan. Drop some cinnamon batter on top and swirl it with a knife. Repeat with the remaining batters.
05 -
Bake for 45-50 minutes until a toothpick comes out nearly clean. Leave it in the pan for 10 minutes to cool down.
06 -
Melt butter in one small dish. In another, mix the cinnamon with both sugars. Roll your cooled bread in melted butter, then coat it with the sugar mix. Wait until it’s completely cool before slicing.
