Choco Banana Loaf (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1/2 cup canola oil or coconut oil.
02 - 1 cup regular flour.
03 - 2/3 cup plus 1 tbsp white whole wheat flour.
04 - 2/3 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened).
05 - 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda.
06 - 1 teaspoon baking powder.
07 - 1 teaspoon coffee powder (skip if you want).
08 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt (kosher).
10 - 3 mashed ripe bananas (about 1 cup).
11 - 2 big eggs at room temp.
12 - 2/3 cup Greek yogurt (fat-free plain).
13 - 1/2 cup honey.
14 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
15 - 1/2 cup dark choco chips plus extra for the top.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Warm up coconut oil and let it cool down completely. Heat oven to 325°F. Put paper in your 9x5-inch bread pan.
02 - Stir together both flours, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, coffee powder, cinnamon and salt in a bowl.
03 - Mix banana mush, eggs, yogurt, honey, vanilla and oil till smooth.
04 - Pour wet mix into dry mix and stir just enough. Gently add chocolate chips.
05 - Put batter in pan, sprinkle more chips on top. Cook for 50-60 mins until a knife stuck in comes out clean or it hits 195°F inside.

01 - Switch to a 1:1 gluten-free flour mix if needed.
02 - Keeps fresh for 3 days on the counter.
03 - Works well as muffins too.
