11 - 1/4 tsp dried thyme.
12 - 15 oz frozen peas and carrots.
13 - 2 cups cooked pulled chicken.
14 - 1 sheet defrosted puff pastry.
15 - 1 large egg mixed with 1 tbsp water.
16 - Fresh parsley to top.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Get your oven hot at 400°F.
02 - Melt the butter, soften onions for 2 minutes, then throw in garlic for half a minute.
03 - Mix in flour and stir for 30 seconds.
04 - Slowly pour in stock and milk while stirring. Let it bubble for 2 minutes.
05 - Throw in all spices, then mix in the veggies and chicken.
06 - Dump mixture into 8x8 dish, lay pastry on top, make some cuts.
07 - Coat with egg wash, cook 25-30 minutes till it's nice and brown.
