Chicken stuffed with turkey and Swiss, breaded and baked, topped with smooth, creamy Swiss cheese sauce.

# Needed Ingredients:

→ Protein

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 8 slices deli-style turkey

→ Dairy

03 - 4 slices Swiss cheese
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 1/2 cup milk
06 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

→ Dry Ingredients

07 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
08 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

→ Seasonings

09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
10 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Adjust oven rack to center position and preheat to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Arrange each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound evenly to 1/2 inch thickness using a meat mallet.
03 - Remove the top plastic wrap, season the chicken with salt and pepper, layer 2 slices of turkey and 1 slice of Swiss cheese onto each breast, then roll the chicken tightly and secure using toothpicks or kitchen twine.
04 - Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with eggs beaten with milk, and one with breadcrumbs combined with garlic powder.
05 - Dredge each chicken roll in flour, dip in the egg-milk mixture, then roll in seasoned breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
06 - Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken rolls for 4-5 minutes per side or until golden.
07 - Transfer browned chicken rolls to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
08 - In a saucepan, melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Whisk in a small amount of flour, then gradually add remaining milk and Swiss cheese, stirring constantly until smooth and velvety.
09 - Remove toothpicks or twine from chicken, slice and plate, then spoon Swiss cheese sauce generously over each portion.

# Supplementary Details:

01 - For best results, allow the chicken rolls to rest briefly after baking before slicing to maintain structure.
