Chicken Stuffed Garlic Bread (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 2-3 garlic flavored bread sticks
02 - 400g small chicken strips
03 - 1 red bell pepper, cut into very thin strips
04 - 1 small red onion, cut into rings
05 - 190g tomato pesto (red variety)
06 - 250g blend of shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Warm your oven to 200°C/400°F. Brown the chicken with some oil till it's golden, about 3-4 minutes each side
02 - Toss the pepper and onion in a pan for 12 minutes till they're tender. Put chicken back in, mix the pesto through
03 - Cut the baguettes down the middle, pop them in the oven for 7 minutes
04 - Stuff the bread with your chicken mix, sprinkle cheese on top
05 - Stick it back in the oven for 5-6 minutes till the cheese gets a nice brown color

01 - Keeps in the fridge for up to 3 days
02 - You can wrap it in foil and freeze it
03 - To warm up, set oven to 180°C and heat for 12-14 minutes
