Cherry Coffee Vanilla Latte (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Cherry Syrup

01 - 2 cups frozen cherries, pitted
02 - 1/2 cup monk fruit or plain sugar
03 - 1/2 cup plain water

→ Latte

04 - 1/2 cup vanilla almond creamer
05 - 2 or 3 tablespoons of simple cherry syrup
06 - 1/2 cup vanilla-flavored almond milk
07 - Half a cup of chilled espresso or cold brew

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Heat up cherries, water, and your preferred sweetener in a saucepan over medium. Stir often while pressing the fruit down, and let it cook until it thickens and the sweetener dissolves.
02 - Pour the mixture through a strainer into a sealable container, leaving behind the cooked cherries. Let it cool off completely.
03 - Grab a glass, fill it with ice cubes, and pour in as much cherry syrup as you'd like.
04 - Froth the creamer and milk together for a bubbly texture, or skip if you want it simple. Add it to the glass.
05 - Pour the cold brew or chilled espresso right on top. Stir gently until the drink turns light pink.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Can also be served warm if you use hot espresso instead of cold brew.
02 - Frothing the milk boosts texture, but it's totally optional.
