01 -
Crank up your oven to 375°F (190°C) and toss some parchment paper on your baking sheet. It’ll keep things from sticking.
02 -
Pop open the roll of crescent dough (brace yourself for that surprise pop!) and separate the triangles neatly.
03 -
Lay 4 slices of pepperoni across the wide end of each dough triangle. This is where the magic starts.
04 -
Pop half a mozzarella stick over the pepperoni slices. This will be the gooey center you’ll love.
05 -
Grab the wide end and roll the dough toward the tip. Tuck the edges in snugly so the cheesy goodness stays inside.
06 -
Feeling extra? Give a light sprinkle of Italian seasoning on top of the rolls.
07 -
Pop the rolls in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes. They’ll turn a yummy golden brown when ready.
08 -
Once they’re done, resist the urge! Let them rest a couple of minutes so you don’t scorch your tongue.
