Cheesy Buttery Knots (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Garlic Butter

01 - 4 garlic cloves, chopped finely
02 - 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
03 - 1 teaspoon of salt
04 - 2 tablespoons parsley, freshly chopped

→ Dough

05 - 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
06 - 1 pound pizza dough (homemade or bought)

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Set your oven temperature to 400°F (200°C). Cover a baking tray with parchment.
02 - Cut the pizza dough into 12 pieces. Shape each into a rectangle.
03 - Add some shredded mozzarella to the middle of each rectangle. Fold it up and pinch tightly to form a small knot.
04 - Stir together the butter, salt, garlic, and parsley in a little bowl.
05 - Put the knots onto the baking tray. Generously coat them with the garlic butter. Bake for 12-15 minutes till they go golden brown and the cheese melts inside.
06 - Take the knots out of the oven. Optional: brush with more garlic butter. Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.

01 - Seal the dough edges well so the cheese doesn't ooze out.
02 - For an extra shiny crust, brush with egg wash before baking.
03 - Wait a couple minutes before eating to let the cheese settle a bit.
