Set your oven temperature to 400°F (200°C). Cover a baking tray with parchment.

Cut the pizza dough into 12 pieces. Shape each into a rectangle.

Add some shredded mozzarella to the middle of each rectangle. Fold it up and pinch tightly to form a small knot.

Stir together the butter, salt, garlic, and parsley in a little bowl.

Put the knots onto the baking tray. Generously coat them with the garlic butter. Bake for 12-15 minutes till they go golden brown and the cheese melts inside.

Take the knots out of the oven. Optional: brush with more garlic butter. Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.
