01 -
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
02 -
Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 1 minute. Add ground beef and cook, breaking up into small pieces, until well browned on all sides, about 6 to 8 minutes.
03 -
Add sliced yellow onion to the skillet. Sauté until onions are soft and translucent, approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
04 -
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, salt, and ground black pepper. Mix to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove skillet from heat.
05 -
Place the dinner rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Slice rolls in half horizontally and leave the bottom halves on the baking sheet.
06 -
Spread the beef and onion mixture evenly across the bottom half of the rolls. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, and add thin slices of dill pickle if desired.
07 -
Cover with the top halves of the rolls. Brush the tops evenly with melted butter.
08 -
Transfer the baking sheet to the oven. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the tops are golden brown and cheese is fully melted.
09 -
Remove from oven, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm.
