# What You'll Need:

→ Dough

01 - 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
02 - 1 teaspoon of salt
03 - 1 cup of warm water

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Mix yeast, sugar, and warm water together. Add flour, salt, and butter. Knead until smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
02 - Cover dough and leave it for an hour, so it doubles in size.
03 - Cut dough into 8 pieces. Roll them into thin ropes, stuff with mozzarella, and form them into pretzel shapes.
04 - Drop pretzels into the baking soda bath for 1-2 minutes on each side.
05 - Brush pretzels with the egg mix, sprinkle toppings, and bake at 425°F for 12-15 minutes till golden brown.
