# Preparation Steps:

01 - Put flour, sugar, yeast and salt together in a big bowl. Slowly add the warm water and stir until it comes together

05 - Leave the dough spirals in a cozy spot for 1 hour until they've puffed up twice their size
06 - Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes till they're nicely browned
07 - Stir sugar and cinnamon in a flat dish, roll hot pastries in this mix until they're fully covered
