Fluffy Easter Buns (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Dough

01 - 1 cup (270g) plain yogurt
02 - Butter for greasing your baking pan
03 - 1 cup (150g) self-rising flour
04 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

→ Optional Decoration

05 - Edible markers to add fun designs
06 - Melted butter for brushing the tops

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Heat the oven to 180°C (360°F). In a bowl, mix the yogurt, flour, and salt until it forms a dough. If it’s too sticky, add another spoonful of flour to fix it.
02 - Divide the dough into six pieces (about 70g each). From each piece, roll out a larger chunk (about 45g) for the main face. Then, shape two smaller chunks (around 12g each) into stubby sausage-like shapes to make ears.
03 - Butter an oven-safe pan generously. Place the big dough rounds spaced evenly, forming the faces. Attach the ear-shaped pieces by lightly pressing them onto the sides of the rounds.
04 - You can brush the tops with melted butter if you want a golden finish. Bake for 20 minutes, then eat while still warm. Add cute faces with edible markers, if you'd like.

# Additional Tips:

01 - You can substitute self-rising flour with all-purpose flour plus 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
02 - Store the dough in the fridge for up to three days, or freeze it and keep for around four months.
03 - Tastes best right out of the oven. To reheat later, just use the microwave for 10 seconds.
