Reduce heat to prevent burning. Flip each tortilla so the beef faces up. Top each with a cheese slice and cover the pan. Let the cheese melt for 2 minutes as the tortilla toasts.

Remove tacos from the pan. Place sliced pickled cucumbers and chopped iceberg lettuce over the melted cheese. Finish each with a generous drizzle of burger sauce.
