01 - 12 eggroll wrappers, approximately 7 inches each
02 - 12 slices honey ham, thinly sliced
03 - 12 mozzarella sticks

04 - Olive oil, for brushing
05 - Garlic salt, to taste

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Place one eggroll wrapper on a flat surface in a diamond orientation. Layer one slice of honey ham in the center, then position one mozzarella stick in the center of the ham.
03 - Fold the sides of the wrapper over the cheese, then roll up tightly into an eggroll shape. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
04 - Brush each assembled stick lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt to taste.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes or until the exterior is golden brown. Rotate the sticks halfway through baking to ensure even coloring.
06 - Remove from the oven, turn each stick, and return to bake for an additional 4–5 minutes until evenly browned.
07 - Allow sticks to cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with your preferred dipping sauce.
