Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place one eggroll wrapper on a flat surface in a diamond orientation. Layer one slice of honey ham in the center, then position one mozzarella stick in the center of the ham.

Fold the sides of the wrapper over the cheese, then roll up tightly into an eggroll shape. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.

Brush each assembled stick lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt to taste.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes or until the exterior is golden brown. Rotate the sticks halfway through baking to ensure even coloring.

Remove from the oven, turn each stick, and return to bake for an additional 4–5 minutes until evenly browned.

Allow sticks to cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with your preferred dipping sauce.
