Cheesy Baked Eggs (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 1 cup cottage cheese
02 - ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 8 to 9 large eggs
04 - ⅛ teaspoon pepper
05 - ¼ teaspoon salt

→ Optional Toppings

06 - 2 tablespoons chives
07 - ⅓ cup cooked bacon

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350F and give a silicone muffin tray a quick spray of cooking oil.
02 - Throw the eggs, salt, pepper, cottage cheese, and cheddar into a blender. Blend till it’s all smooth.
03 - Pour the blended mixture into the muffin tray, filling each cup a little over halfway. Add bacon bits and chives (or any mix-ins you like) on top, if desired.
04 - Put the tray in the oven for about 20–22 minutes. Let them cool off before you take them out of the mould.
