Grab a bowl and combine the flour with the cottage cheese. Use a spatula or spoon to stir it up until you get a soft, sticky mixture. If it's too sticky to handle, toss in a spoonful of extra flour at a time until it's easier to work with.

Take the dough and place it on a floured surface. Split it into four equal bits. Use your hands or a roller to press each piece into a round or oval shape, about 1/4 inch thick.

Put a skillet or griddle on medium heat. Once it warms up, cook each piece of dough for about 2-3 minutes per side, until you see golden brown spots and the bread’s done through.
