Candy Cane Fudge (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 cups of crushed peppermint candy canes.
02 - 6 ounces of sweetened condensed milk.
03 - 2 cups of white chocolate chips.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Take an 8x8 pan, lay parchment paper inside so it covers the bottom and edges.
02 - Put candy canes in a sealed bag. Smash them up with a rolling pin until they're crushed into small bits.
03 - In a double boiler over medium heat, stir together the white chocolate and condensed milk until it’s smooth and creamy.
04 - Mix 1 cup of crushed candy into the chocolate mix. Pour it into the pan, sprinkle the rest of the candy on top, and press lightly.
05 - Let it chill in the fridge for 4-6 hours or freeze it for 2 hours. Before slicing, let it sit at room temp for about 30 minutes.
