# What You'll Need:

01 - 1/4 cup fresh dill, finely chopped.
02 - 1/2 tablespoon oregano, dried.
03 - 1 teaspoon salt.
04 - Two garlic cloves, chopped up.
05 - 1/4 large red onion, finely grated.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper.
07 - 1/2 cup almond flour or breadcrumbs.
08 - 1 egg.
09 - 1 pound lean ground turkey (93% lean).
10 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Throw turkey meat, garlic, and the grated onion into a big bowl. Toss in the egg, oregano, dill, pepper, breadcrumbs, and some salt. Gently stir with your hands till it's just mixed up.
02 - Using your hands, roll the mixture into 14 small meatballs of similar size.
03 - Warm olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Pop in the meatballs and cook for around 7-8 minutes. Keep turning them until they're fully cooked at 165F inside.
