# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 1/2 cups regular flour.
02 - 1 teaspoon baking powder.

04 - 1/4 cup milk at room temp.
05 - Peel from 1 big orange.
06 - 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice.
07 - 6 tablespoons soft unsalted butter.
08 - 3/4 cup white sugar.
09 - 2 large eggs at room temp.
10 - 1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries.
11 - 1/2 tablespoon flour for coating.
12 - 1 cup icing sugar.
13 - 1 1/2 tablespoons orange juice.
14 - 1 teaspoon orange peel.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour your pan. Combine dry stuff. Mix milk with juice and zest.
02 - Beat sugar and butter together. Drop in eggs. Switch between adding your flour mix and milk mix.
03 - Roll berries in flour, stir into your mixture. Pour into pan.
04 - Cook for 45-50 mins till it's golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Let it sit for 10-15 mins before taking it out.
05 - Stir icing sugar with juice and peel until it's runny. Pour over your cooled bread.
