# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 pound of ground beef, ideally 80/20.
02 - Half a box of pasta shells (about 8 oz).
03 - One packet of taco seasoning mix.
04 - 1 cup of water.
05 - Half block of cream cheese, roughly 4 ounces.
06 - 1 and a half cups of shredded cheese (Mexican blend or cheddar works).
07 - Extras for topping: Salsa, Sour cream, Fresh herbs.

# Preparation Steps:

02 - In a pan, cook ground beef until browned. Remove grease, mix in water and taco seasoning, and let it simmer for 5 minutes or until it thickens.
03 - Slice the cream cheese into smaller bits. On medium-high heat, mix it in until smooth and melted.
04 - Combine the beef mix with drained pasta. Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheese.
05 - Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Pop it in the oven at 350°F for 5–10 minutes. Add your favorite toppings before serving.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Keeps fine in the fridge for 3 days. Freeze if needed—lasts up to 3 months. Reheat with a splash of milk for a smoother sauce. Let cream cheese soften for easier mixing.
