# What You'll Need:

01 - 1/2 cup sugar (granulated).
02 - 2 cups regular flour.
03 - 1/4 cup melted white chocolate.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
05 - 1 cup softened unsalted butter.
06 - 1/2 cup raspberry jam (or similar).

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F to warm up.
02 - Put parchment paper on your baking sheet.
03 - Blend together butter and sugar till smooth. Stir in the vanilla, then slowly add flour.
04 - Sprinkle flour on a surface and roll dough until it’s about 1/4 inch thick.
05 - Put jam evenly on the dough but leave some space near the edges.
06 - Roll up the dough into a log shape, then chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
07 - Slice the chilled log into 1/4 inch pieces. Lay them out on the prepared baking sheet.
