Cinnamon Cracker Candy (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 40 Saltine crackers, broken into pieces.
02 - 1 cup butter, not salted.
03 - 1 cup brown sugar, light variety.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla for flavor.
05 - 1/8 teaspoon salt for balance.
06 - 12 ounces chips made from white chocolate.
07 - 1/4 cup plain white sugar.
08 - 2 teaspoons cinnamon, ground up fine.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Get your oven hot at 400°F. Cover your baking sheet with foil and give it a spray. Lay out all your Saltines. Put your sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
02 - Mix the butter and brown sugar in a pot and let it bubble for 5 minutes. Keep stirring the whole time. Take it off the heat and mix in vanilla and salt.
03 - Dump the hot toffee mix onto your crackers. Use a tool to smooth it out so every cracker gets covered.
04 - Stick it in the oven for 5 minutes. Move any crackers that float around. Don't burn yourself on the hot toffee.
05 - Throw your white chocolate chips on top while everything's hot. Wait till they soften, then spread them around. If they're still chunky, put back in the oven for a minute.
06 - Dust the top with your cinnamon sugar mix. Let it sit out and cool down for an hour before you break it into chunks.
