# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 pound of chopped chicken thighs into bite-sized chunks.

# Preparation Steps:

01 - In a big bowl, coat chicken pieces thoroughly with cornstarch.

03 - Warm up oil in a large skillet and fry chicken until golden and crispy. Take out, leaving one tablespoon of oil behind.
04 - In the leftover oil, lightly sauté garlic, ginger, and chili flakes on low for half a minute until they smell amazing.
