Prepare fries following package directions, or bake homemade fries at 220°C for 30–35 minutes until crisp and golden.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken fillets with salt and black pepper, then cook for 6–7 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked through.

In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, cooking for 2–3 minutes or until slightly thickened.

Return the cooked chicken fillets to the skillet, spoon sauce over them, and allow to simmer for an additional 2–3 minutes.
