01 - 4 chicken fillets (approximately 680 g)
02 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
03 - 240 ml heavy cream
04 - 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Black pepper, to taste
09 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Prepare fries following package directions, or bake homemade fries at 220°C for 30–35 minutes until crisp and golden.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken fillets with salt and black pepper, then cook for 6–7 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked through.
03 - In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
04 - Add heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, cooking for 2–3 minutes or until slightly thickened.
05 - Return the cooked chicken fillets to the skillet, spoon sauce over them, and allow to simmer for an additional 2–3 minutes.
06 - Serve chicken fillets with fries, drizzle sauce on top, and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
